Karl Cunliffe was prompt, quick, couteous, left no mess, did exactly what he promised at the time that he promised at the price that he promised. We got exactly the stairlift we wanted from him at a reasonable price. The stairlift has now been operating for 1 month and there has been no problem with it.
It is a pity that there are not more traders like this company.

What an excellent company with even better service.
I phoned on behalf of my father in law on Monday 10/8/2015, spoke to Karl he said he was in the area on Tuesday 11/8/2015 and could measure up etc, which he did,and we agreed the price.
My father in law could not come out of hospital until a stair lift was in place.
Karl fitted the stair lift himself on Wednesday 12/8/2015.
Absolutely first class, 3 days from contact to installation.

Karl was verry polite and kind about my problem and arrived the next day to resolve the problem with my lift, the lift could not be repaired so I asked him about replacing the lift, i was under no pressure to buy a lift, He not only sorted me a very good price He also sorted out the mess that was left by the previous stairlift pepole who put the prevous lift in for my mother. I cant thank him enough for the service he provided me.
