Contacted APC Stairlifts for an emergency call out to a stairlift breakdown. They were out within a couple of hours and the engineer did his utmost to try and repair it. Unfortunately, the repair was not possible and they provided a replacement stairlift which was installed within 24 hours. I found their service to be second to none. They were very friendly, courteous and extremely reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend their services. They were such a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to Andy and his employees.

Excellent services. Very courteous, informative, competent, clean, tidy work. I couldn't have received a better service anywhere. The stair lift was repaired with efficiency, cleanliness and tidiness. All details were supplied regarding the repairs and the cost referred to during the phone call was requested. Mr Crooks was so patient and courteous and kind that I have spoken during a meeting with Derbyshire Carers Association, Glossop Branch and recommended his service. These details will be given to other carers as a result.
