The Bathtek team of staff are a total credit to their company, they made our experience of a bathroom refurbishment a pleasure and stress free, the work was done by experienced engineers to a first class design using quality materials. Work was done efficiently and bathroom left immaculate on completion. From first visit we felt that we had been listened too to completion.

Extremely happy with all aspects of our bathroom installation from the initial visit with everything explained, the lovely friendly staff in the showroom helping with decision making and the installers who were courteous, kept working areas clean and tidy as possible and were hardworking and reliable. It was our intention to get other quotes but because myself and parents were so at ease with all involved, the trust was there straight away and my parents were happy with the price. Had a bathroom fitted by Pete and Dan approx 11 years ago, the look and condition is still really excellent. Recently had a problem with a leak on the toilet cistern. Dan came out and replaced the cistern and make everything right which most companies would not be interested in doing after 11 years. Such a refreshing change to deal with real people and companies that really do care about their customers and want to do the best for them. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bathtek to everyone who wants a reliable company who use quality products. Thanks for everything Zeena, Pete, charlene and Dan.

Installation went smoothly from start to finish and I am delighted with the end result. Scott and Garon worked hard all week and arrived on time every morning. Pete, Zeena and Charlene give full information and advice and are always available for queries. Their workmanship is excellent. Scott and Dan take extreme pride in their work. Initially when looking for quotes, Bathtek was marginally higher but I felt more confident about them as I had previously had other installations completed by them. Coming back to Bathtek is a recommendation in itself and I always recommend them to others.

I would like to say thank you for doing such a fantastic job fitting my new bathroom, it looks stunning!
From start to finish everyone involved was lovely, helpful and importantly listened to what i wanted, then made it happen, despite the million and one questions and comments i had along the way.
To find a team so pleasant to work with is a joy in this day and age- most just want your money without understanding your vision, worries and concerns.
Bathtek truly understood my vision and i felt like we were a team trying to achieve the same goal.
The office staff were patient and dealt promptly with any queries i had and Pete and Dan were amazing.
Great to see such a high work ethic and high standards of workmanship.
At no point in the whole process did i feel pressured to have something i didnt want or forced to change layout, it was truly a collaboration.
Despite me being at work all week the guys kept me up to date with every stage, left everything clean and tidy at the end of every day and importantly left me with a usable toilet. After waiting 16 years for my dream bathroom i finally have what i wanted. Thank you everyone.

Extremely helpful on reception- able to fulfill our requests without any problem. Very friendly, communicated the progress of the installation at all times. They have an excellent selection to choose preferred colours. The plumbers were friendly, brought own protection for the floor and cleaned up and left place tidy. Went through the operation of the shower before leaving.

I had lost all faith in plumbers after 2 years dealing with different businesses, most not bothering to turn up to do work after quoting and 1 that did the job so poorly it needed lots of rectifying. 1 visit to bathtek and the quote and work has been completed to a great standard. Dan and Kyle always arrived exactly on time, just before 8am and worked tirelessly all day. Dan talked through every aspect of the job to ensure no mistakes were made and delivered 3 fantastic new bathrooms, finishing a few days ahead of time. We had similar priced quotes but there was not as much included for the price eg, half tiling and spotlight lighting. The quality of all 3 rooms is excellent and the attention to detail is really good. Very satisfied customers.

From initial visit to the showroom we were greeted in a friendly manner by charlene and zeena. We looked around with no pressure. Peter came to look at the job and was helpful with ideas for what we required. We recieved an estimate within a couple of days and decided to go ahead. We visited the showroom again where Zeena helped with choosing flooring and wall panels. We wer given an installation date and the guys scott and Harry arrived on time, both polite and friendly and respectful of our property. We went away for the duration of the installation. Scott rang us to confirm a couple of details. Pete arrived on day one of the installation to have a quick discussion with myself, my husband and the guys to make sure we were all on the the same page as to what was required. From start to finish an excellent service. Friendly, polite informative staff, reasonable prices and we came home to a beautifully fitted bathroom we are really happy with. Lovely touch with the gift bag giving aftercare information and chocolates. Well done everyone at Bathtek 5 star service. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom.

Excellent work all round, the guys did a brilliant job, very well done, cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Excellent service, extremely satisfied.

Bathtek was recommended by a family member and i was very pleased with the quality of work. Everything worked like clockwork. Installers arrived on time, work was completed on time and they were very polite and pleasant throughout. Couldnt of asked for more.
