Extremely helpful on reception- able to fulfill our requests without any problem. Very friendly, communicated the progress of the installation at all times. They have an excellent selection to choose preferred colours. The plumbers were friendly, brought own protection for the floor and cleaned up and left place tidy. Went through the operation of the shower before leaving.

From the very first visit through to the completion of the installation nothing was too much trouble - all work was undertaken in a professional manner and we are more than happy with our new bathroom.

We received helpful, friendly advice and are absolutely delighted with the finished bathroom. The work carried out by Peter, Scott and Daniel, who all made sure that dust was kept to a minimum and also where they were working was clean and tidy before they left each day. Selected recommendations by Pete, Zeena and Charlene on our visits to the showroom helped us make our choices.

The high level of customer service right from day one has been much appreciated.
The work done is to a very high standard and I thank Scott, Daniel and Kyle for everything they have done as well as Peter for his guidance and help.
I must single out Scott however who is a credit to Bathtek , excellent workmanship from a kind and courteous guy who showed 100% respect for our property and home thought the time on site.

From Charlene in the showroom to the surveyor who came out then the engineers who did all the work i'm really happy i chose Bathtek. It's been worth every penny to have them fit the bathroom. I had lost all faith in plumbers after 2 years dealing with different businesses, most not bothering to turn up to do work after quoting and 1 that did the job so poorly it needed lots of rectifying. 1 visit to bathtek and the quote and work has been completed to a great standard. After 2 years of trauma i cant believe how quickly and simply you sorted this. Thankyou.

Dan and Kyle always arrived exactly on time, just before 8am and worked tirelessly all day. Dan talked through every aspect of the job to ensure no mistakes were made and delivered 3 fantastic new bathrooms, finishing a few days ahead of time. We had similar priced quotes but there was not as much included for the price eg, half tiling and spotlight lighting. The quality of all 3 rooms is excellent and the attention to detail is really good. Very satisfied customers.

From initial visit to the showroom we were greeted in a friendly manner by charlene and zeena. We looked around with no pressure. Peter came to look at the job and was helpful with ideas for what we required. We recieved an estimate within a couple of days and decided to go ahead. We visited the showroom again where Zeena helped with choosing flooring and wall panels. We wer given an installation date and the guys scott and Harry arrived on time, both polite and friendly and respectful of our property. We went away for the duration of the installation. Scott rang us to confirm a couple of details. Pete arrived on day one of the installation to have a quick discussion with myself, my husband and the guys to make sure we were all on the the same page as to what was required. From start to finish an excellent service. Friendly, polite informative staff, reasonable prices and we came home to a beautifully fitted bathroom we are really happy with. Lovely touch with the gift bag giving aftercare information and chocolates. Well done everyone at Bathtek 5 star service. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom.
