Ian & Shaun completed a reslate and lined/batoned the roof of my address, removed a chimney stack which was then incorporated into the roofline. New facias, soffits and guttering was all installed too. They also repointed the chimneys aswell. All completed at a very reasonable price.

Ian and Shaun replaced fascias, soffits, guttering, fixed down boarding in loft plus sorted several other things that needed attention. We are very pleased with the work done and have already had complimentary comments from neighbours. They took away all the rubbish, arrived on time and were very helpful and considerate. We would strongly recommend them.

We had full new roof, facias, soffets and gutters fitted by Ian and Sean and we are absolutely made up with the work they have done,we was kept informed at all times and everything was explained to us, they arrived on time every morning, they are very friendly polite lads and exceptionally hard working, I would highly recommend them and so glad I had the work done by them, brilliant job from start to finish.

We had a conservatory roof put on, and the inside of the conservatory was replastered. All new guttering and boards was installed on to the conservatory and resealled it. They have done a fantastic job, and they are great genuine honest guys. Would highly recommend them

Ian and Sean have replaced all of my windows over 3 visits to suit me ,I couldn't have asked for better work they were very friendly and explained everything they were doing and were on time and kept to the dates, they worked in all weathers with no complaints, nothing was too much trouble and they repaired other jobs needed around the house. I would recommend them to anyone as you cannot fault their work and they ask if your happy with the job before they left

We did have to wait a few weeks to have the job done but it was well worth the wait. We had the roof retiled and extra insulation and insulation boards put in the loft. The job and finish are of the highest quality. Would definitely recommend Ian and his team. It's always difficult picking a tradesman so I checked them out on the council website and we weren't disappointed.
PS Get plenty of sugar in as they like a lot of sugar in their tea and coffee

Well I was recommended Ian Barker when I asked for help and advice on fixing my TV.
I was absolutely made up, he responded so quickly and was so professional and patient with whilst explaining how to fix my TV.

Ian came to check our TV aerial and placed a booster box to our existing aerial set up. He checked individual aerials in the rooms where we have TV's.
He transferred all cables necessary from our original Sky set up to BT.
He also took away unwanted cables.

Excellent friendly service, job done quickly. Unable to tune tv due to no remote - my fault - Ian took the time to look up what remote I needed and even sent me links to order what I needed. Had a problematic ongoing leak on the kitchen extension roof and Ian located the cause and carried out repairs also fitted a new aerial and kindly setup the TV channels for me. The work undertaken was on my mother's property and not local for me. I looked on the Council website to find a tradesman I could trust and came up trumps.

Ian and his two colleagues have carried 2 specific jobs at my property which is a large Victorian house converted into 6 appts. Initially he was employed to fit 6 new Ariels. Did a fantastic job using quality materials. He photographed job before and after. At the same time he photographed a chimney stack that was extremely close to falling to the ground. Today he has attended with his colleagues and removed/ capped the unused stack. Again photos before and after. Brilliant job well done. Always clean tidy professional work. I would thoroughly recommend SAS NORTHWEST.

Ian and team replaced an overlapping and complicated broken guttering system, repaired damage from recent high winds, and smartened up the fascia and guttering
The work was a very high standard, the team cleaned up after themselves, and excellent communication. I also found the pricing keen against other quotes.

Fantastic customer service! Ian was prepared to come out to us after a trip back from Scotland and, in high winds, rain, cold and growing darkness, 2 days before Christmas, had our dish & LNB fully replaced and Sky working again in the space of an hour. I cannot recommend this guy highly enough -- I had to foot the ladder for him against the corner of the house whilst he worked alone but, to be honest, I was more than happy to do that for him and he deserved the help!

This is now the 4th job that SAS northwest have done for us. All the jobs have been different from cleaning roof tiles and facias to putting an aerial in and making a double wooden driveway gate. Their work is excellent and we couldn't recommend them enough. Any job you want doing at all give them a call. They are reliable, hardworking and really reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to get them in for any other jobs that we need doing.

I would highly recommended Ian and SAS northwest. They have worked for me for the last couple of days. They made a double wooden driveway gate. They fitted 2 fence panels and made wooden frames for them and moved an fitted s wrought iron gate. They are always punctual and are extremely hard working. All their work is finished to a very high standard and they take s lot of care to make sure that the customer is always very happy. I would ask them any time for and jobs that I had not just aerials.

Ian was really honest and gave a first class service without ripping me off (which is what happened with last company) he went the extra mile to get me what I needed in as cheap a way as possible. Now have Youview all over the house and we can turn it over in bed -what more does a girl need!
