Jo was absolutely fantastic with my little
Shih tzu, Ralph has always been weary around new people especially groomers. Jo made sure that she took her time and showed Ralph that the time at the groomers isnât a bad time. Jo made sure he was comfortable with anything she was doing and made us, as owners, at ease that our dog was in good hands. I couldnât recommend Jo enough.

Always excellent. Jo is passionate about her work and is so good and patient with my dogs. My dogs have been growing in confidence with their grooming since going to Jo. Wouldn't want to go to any other groomer.

Have used Jo for a number of years after using other dog groomers previously. Jo provides a lovely clean, kind and caring environment.
My old girl struggles with arthritis these days but Jo works with her to keep her happy and comfortable.

Jo Hi is a consent based dog groomer. She carries out a full groom on my quite challenging cavapoo Candy. Candy lovescoming to Cuts which shows how caring Jo is in her work

Jo is lovely and obviously loves dogs. She has been grooming my 2 dogs for a while now and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. She makes sure they're comfortable at all times and does a great job. Highly recommended!

I have taken Charlie, my over anxious nervous Cockapoo to Jo twice now and the difference in his behaviour in just 2 visits is brilliant. His previous visits to the groomers were stressful and he would be quiet for hours after. Jo takes everything at Charlieâs pace, making sure he is comfortable and doesnât force him into anything that makes him stressed. She does a lovely job with his fur and he leaves a happy dog. Canât recommend her enough!

Full groom of Cockapoo which hadn't had a professional cut for over 2 years. Jo explained clearly how she works, which seems very kind to the dog. She doesn't tether your pet, but works to suit them, taking pauses to avoid stress. The haircut was excellent, just how I wanted it and doggo smells lovely.
