I could not initially contact Diamond Electrical but despite my not leaving a message he got back to me promptly. He asked about the job, arranged to come next day at a time convenient for me. He arrived promptly and did the job with no fuss and in a very pleasant way. He charged a very reasonable price which surprised us as we expected to pay more.
We would not fail to use Diamond Electrical again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I searched the trader register for an electrician - as a family member had used it previously. Richie had fitted 2 light fittings earlier in the year for them. I contacted Richie and he gave me a date / time / cost that the job needed - very easy to deal with. We contacted Richie requesting him to install our double oven, as we had been 'let down' by using Currys Installation service. Richie arrived promptly, completed the job, which took less than an hour. Completed full safety checks issued a Minor Works Certificate. Richie was extremely professional with a friendly attitude.
We will certainly be recommending him to family and friends in the future.

Richard recently did some work for my Mum and he was excellent.
New fuseboard, outdoor light, and a couple of smaller jobs light fittings/ sockets. He was brilliant - very friendly, trustworthy and professional and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Iâm not surprised he has a long waiting list. Thanks Richard, Mum and I are very pleased!

Richie has completed two electrical re-wiring jobs at our house as we're doing them in phases, after finding his company on this website and he is absolutely brilliant. Richard came to identify why my new hob wasnât working. He fixed the problem and re connected it. He was very reliable, arriving when he said he would. He was very approachable with a friendly, helpful attitude, taking the time to answer my questions, explaining what the problem had been and what he had done to fix it, which was reassuring. The work involved rewiring the garage and installing 1 new internal light and 2 external security lights.
We found Ritchie on St Helens Council's Trader Register as we did not have the details of an electrician. He was punctual, polite and did what he said he would do. We were happy with the service we provided.

Electrical fault in kitchen. A previous electrician suggested re-wire. Richard identified problem and repair without the need for a re wire.
He attended first visit on time and follow up was again on time and the work was completed efficiently and fully tested before he left.

Excellent Electrician,completed several jobs for us,some only told about when he got to the house.Nothing is too much trouble for him.He is very tidy in his work and great personality.He arrives when he says he will and if going to be delayed he informs you in advance.

Richard was running late but rang us to inform us and gave an estimated time of arrival. He then arrived on time. He was very friendly and explained exactly what the fault was. Absolutely excellent service. Needed total rewire after moving to a new home. Got a few quotes but felt most at ease, comfortable and confident with this electrician. So efficient, professional and tidy! It was obvious from the start that he was very experienced and knew what he was doing. We changed our mind a couple of times from the originally quoted work but he could not have been more accommodating. Nothing requested was too difficult. I am very pleased with the complete rewire and am so confident in this electrician that I have kept his number for future use and have passed on to a couple of people I know. Absolutely no negatives to leave whatsoever !!!!!!

Richard completed the full rewire of my house and outbuilding as part of a big renovation/remodelling project. I couldn't be happier with the installation and service he provided. He was extremely thorough and accommodated several changes and modifications to the original plan whilst also offering sound technical advice along the way - I had several trades working on site at different times - plumber, joiner, plaster etc and each one commented on the high standard of his work and his professional and friendly manner. He turned up when he said he would and delivered what he promised for the price we agreed. He then returned several weeks after full payment was made to complete a few small jobs that I was forced to postpone due to the fact that we had smashed our budget like a greek dinner plate. Even at this time I didn't have to contact Richard - he contacted us regularly to see where we were up to (How often does that happen after being paid in full?). I have been seriously burned in the past by cowboy tradesman and a wasted lots of money in the process. The only quote I received for the rewire was from Diamond Electrical - after explaining what I wanted and my previous negative experiences and concerns Richard assured me that the most important thing to him was his reputation. This company seeks the safest and least invasive solution. They rewired our house and garage in the time stated, with minimum effect on our lives. They cleaned up afterwards each day. They kept us fully informed of any problems encountered or changes to plans and were punctual and responded positively to our requested alterations to requirements.
