Leak in loft - initial contact 4 Dec - came out 5 Dec - quote given on 7 Dec and accepted - re: a dry ridge system for roof - pencilled in for 21 Dec, as ridge tiles mortar had degraded - fully explained work required, punctual professional and polite.....Kieran and his dad worked hard in very windy conditions to complete the job....they take pride in their work and a joy to find a reliable trader. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend them

Kieran was very professional in his conduct, giving a clear explanation of what he would be doing and which materials/products he would be using and even showing us a mock up of what the completed job would look like. All deadlines were kept to and the site was left clean and tidy each day. I have no hesitation in recommending Kieran Construction.

Kieran gave a good quote for the work and we arranged a time for the work to be done, which was confirmed both verbally and through emails. He explained everything and the work was done to a high standard.
I am very happy and definitely will be asking him to do more work for me in the near future.
He was friendly but professional throughout. I will also be recommending him to friends and neighbours. He deserves to be on this register.

Kieran carried out the following work on my property:
Re felted battened and re slated main roof
Ground out and re pointed chimney and fitted new lead work
Removed all facias soffits and gutters and replaced with upvc both at roof line and low level front and back
All rubbish was removed from site
Despite some awful weather to contend with he was punctual and reliable, each day he explained and showed me what heâd done. He really did go the extra mile on this job and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
Everything he did was to an exceptional standard a truly first class tradesman

We had all of our fascias, gutters and roofline replaced on a 3 story house. We had to wait a while for Kieran to fit us in, but it was well worth the wait. He is polite and punctual and clearly sets himself a high standard to work to. He doesn't rush and cleans up after himself. We are very pleased with his work

Complete garden and driveway renewal.
This large job involved the building of several walls, the installation of fences and sleeper beds, the laying of paths and patios, a new lawn and a new driveway.
Extra jobs required by us, as the project developed, were priced separately to the original quote to ensure that costs were always understood.
Kieran's work is of the highest standard.
He always uses quality materials and he kept us well informed throughout, leaving the site clean and tidy each day.
We are delighted and would highly recommend him!

Kieran, assisted by his dad, replaced all our old worn out wooden fascias, soffits and guttering with new upvc ones and installed dry verge to gables and new shiplap cladding above the garage door. He also fitted a lintel above a bedroom window.
Kieran is polite, trustworthy, was punctual every morning and kept us informed how the job was progressing each day. He is knowledgeable, knows what he is doing, takes a pride in his work, took all the old materials away and left everything spotlessly clean and tidy at the end of each day. Payment was on completion of the work.
We were very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Kieran.
We are now looking to have Kieran do more work on our property when he is next available.

Kieran saved us money by pointing out that the necessary repair was not as extensive as initially feared. The work was completed to a high standard and there has been no further ingress of water despite recent heavy rain.

Kieran first did some work for me in November 15 and I had no hesitation is asking him to complete further work this year. We had a few issues but Kieran kept me informed of progress and he went above and beyond what we had agreed. I again will certainly be recommending Kieran to anyone who needs work completing on there house.

We had our house reroofed including weatherboards, gutters and downpipes. The project was carried out with the utmost competence. We were unsure of the cause of our leaking roof and were worried about what repairs needed to be done. Kieran re-assured us it was a smaller job than anticipated and repaired the roof to a high standard for a small cost. Kieran and his Dad completed the work in the agreed timescale with no hidden cost and left our property clean and tidy. We were so pleased with this we have asked Kieran to complete further work during the Summer.

Kieran and his dad worked hard to complete the works. They both explained the stages of the work, where the job was up to and what the next stage of the job would be. They took pride in their work and fixed other things that they noticed along the way that were not part of the job. The work was completed to a very high standard, ahead of schedule and they cleaned up as they went along. I'm very happy the work done.

We first met Kieran on the first job he done for us when he was to renew an old flat roof on the garage . He made an excellent job . Nothing was too much trouble , and what a difference it made to the kerbside appeal of the bungalow .He is so busy we had to wait a few weeks for him to do the next job for us . HE then came to renew all the facia , soffits , gutters and drain pipes .It has brought the bungalow back to life and we are so pleased with Kieran and his co worker Allan .The job was kept clean all the time they really are to be recommended and I now am having them back to correct a fault with my driveway made by another company . I have every faith that Kieran and his co worker will make it right .I have told all my friends about this company they are wonderful , thorough ,considerate, tidy and honest workmen .I cannot rate them highly enough , they are brill . Kieran is a very reliable, hard working, and exceptional tradesman. We recently had our fascias/gutters, pointing on the roof, and a canopy built. We was not disappointed. He takes great pride in his work and will go above and beyond for the customer. We will definitely be using Kieran Construction in the future and would recommend Kieran to our family & friends.

Kieran has done a number of tasks for us, including replacement roof, replaced windows and doors in UVPC, including an amount of brickwork all to our complete satisfaction.
We know he is able to tackle most aspects of the building trade, and anybody hiring him would not be disappointed.

Kieran and his colleague are lovely, friendly and happy to keep you up to date with the progress of the work. The quality of the work is top notch and reasonably priced. As I live in an old Victorian terrace it puts my mind at ease knowing that if something goes wrong with the house or I have a new project on the go all I have to do is contact Kieran.

Originally I used Kieran Construction to replace fascias and soffits and was impressed by the quality and price of the job.
In October 2014,I used Kieran Construction again to build a garden wall. Kieran did an amazing job of the wall and I have had lots of positive feedback from neighbours and friends.
At the moment (January 2015) Kieran is installing a new driveway which I have every confidence will be completed to total satisfaction.
