Excellent & speedy service.Rang and within a day the survey was done. Full information given about price and options to buy or rent and NO pressure to give a decision there and then. Contacted them the next day to ask them to go ahead and a week later the stairlift was fitted. The engineers wore masks each time they came to the house and we felt fully safe during the time they were here. All work completed to our satisfaction and very tidy workmen. My husband loves the stairlift and it makes such a difference to him being not out of breath on his return from a trip to the bathroom!!!!

Quick and efficient levels of service from the initial telephone conversation, survey, quote, administration and installation. Although it's only been a few days, the stairlift works quietly and smoothly, and has made such a difference to the level of mobility at home. Would highly recommend.

Had a stair lift in my property today ...first time it was used.
It stop working contact liftcare and a woman said we would get someone to look at it as soon as possible. ......waited over 4 hours so at 8.30pm rang the out of hours number ...to see what time there was comming and the call out engineer said there was no job on his list for my address. .payed over £1000 for lift

I certainly would recommend Liftcare to anyone. The young man who installed my lift was courteous, very pleasant and worked very hard all the time he was at my home. The lift is an excellent one, is very quiet, moves very smoothly and is easy to use. Congratulations for an excellent job.
