We provide a rapid response to your problem pest by offering advice and treatments for both domestic and commercial premises. Whether it's public health pests such as rats, mice, fleas or cockroaches, or a nuisance pest such as wasps, we can help.
We provide FREE treatments to domestic customers for rats and offer one of the LOWEST priced commercial Pest Control Services. Our Contract Packages provide a FREE site survey and pest proofing report for commercial customers.

I would just like to feed back how very exceptional the customer service has been from the gentleman Graham you sent out to my home .Â
Not everyone gives good feed back but are quick to complain.Â
From his updates and communication in phone calls to giving a time when he is due to attend , working full time this was a great help for me and having two children to juggle this around I cannot thank you enough and would like to pass on my thank you to Graham.

Only phoned the council yesterday, very pleased they phoned me the day later, very prompt service. They visited my property even without me being in, as I left my garage/gate open. Stephen then left a note through my door explaining where he had treated the rats and left a telephone number to contact if I ever had a problem again.

In October 2017 we discovered that we had a little family of rats living with us. From 1st contact at the office, I think it was Jess that took my call, to the demise of said rats, I cannot fault the service at all. Keith was the exterminator that dealt with our situation. What a genuine and lovely man.Â
He put me at ease straight away and gave invaluable advice. From checking the building for holes, to blocking up pipes etc in the house. Fantastic.Â
I know that you probably get contacted to receive complaints, however, I feel that you should all be proud of the service that you provide.Â
A credit to the council and the service provided.Â
