Leaking bathroom toilet. SureFire came out Monday morning, repaired quickly and efficiently. Extremely friendly workmen.

Trading standards enquiry - caller rang up to ask for a plumber and was given a few numbers and she rang Sure Fire heating and she couldn't be happier, they have been and fixed her leaky shower within 2 weeks, she is 94yrs of age and other plumbers have told her she needed a whole new bathroom suite but this gentleman didn't push her to go for a new bathroom suite he just fixed the shower as she wanted and she said he was a lovely, polite young man

I first used Sure Fire a few years ago when they fitted a new boiler and have always found them to be very helpful and reliable. On this occasion I needed a small plumbing job doing so contacted them. They came out straight away and sorted it. Excellent service by a friendly team.

I called Surefire as the connector on the mains inlet had burst and flooded the kitchen. They came out that same morning and quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost.

First Class! Our very old CH boiler failed on 05 March and after calling Sure Fire Heating & Maintenance Ltd on Friday afternoon, Steve came to the house before 9.00 next day (Saturday). he was pessimistic at first sight, but never-the-less he stripped down the heating unit, cleaned up soot, checked the burners and re-assembled and, we were lucky, it was working perfectly again.
Very grateful for Steve's speedy response to our call out at the weekend and the very efficient manner in dealing with the problem.
Would not hesitate to use Sure Fire Heating & Maintenance Ltd again.

Immediate response to my call. Sean was here within the hour. He was fantastic, found the problem and dealt with it in no time at all. He went above and beyond what I expected. The service from Sure Fire was excellent. This including ease of contact. Initial quote for the work and getting back to us promptly. Completed the work when they said they would. Attended on time and had all the parts needed. Subsequently one of the parts failed but they came out the day we rang them and replaced and fitted a new part no problem. So glad we now have a reliable plumber in our telephone book. Would highly recommend this firm

Extremely pleased with service provided. I had to turn off water to stop a significant leak from the boiler. Would have been without water and heating all weekend without assistance to resolve the issue. Engineer turned up within 20 minutes of my call on a Saturday morning, to put a temporary fix in place so that I had cold water supply and heating over the weekend.

Gas was letting by on boiler. Phoned them they came out ordered part and fitted it. Punctual, on time, and polite. These men donât rip you off and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend would not use anyone else now. Fantastic and good job thanks lads!

Their service has been beyond excellent. I called up as my elderly aunt was without heating following a boiler failure.
Despite it being just before Christmas they got me a quote same day and two days later replaced her heating system IN JUST ONE MORNING.
I can't praise them enough. They pulled out all the stops when they realised it was for an elderly lady in winter.

We own a rental property in Newton.le.w and have used the company a couple of times before. Last Sunday we were contacted by the tenants to report a fault with the heating boiler. We phoned Steve & he called the next morning to say the boiler needed replacing . He provided us with a quote & installed the new boiler on the next day. Where could you find better reliable service? Job done - the tenants don't know how lucky they are!

Pre installation Ste gave advice, outlined what work would be undertaken and the cost. He was always contactable either by phone or e mail and rang back promptly if I couldn't get hold of him immediately. A full installation took 3 days to complete and a team of polite and pleasant workmen turned up every day on time and worked without a break to get the job completed on schedule. The work completed was of a high standard and all my carpets were covered up and what little mess was made was cleaned up at the end of the day. Once the higher spec central heating system was up and running the higher pressure caused a leak from our bathroom sink. Water came through the kitchen ceiling and caused damage. Ste sorted the problem immediately. Downside: A bedroom radiator valve was left open when the system was turned on which caused a leak which came through the living room ceiling which was sorted straight away.

I cannot speak more highly of this company and the gents who completed the work. I contacted SFH through this website in order to assess my boiler situation and provide a quote. British Gas had condemned my boiler and quoted nearly ã3k for a replacement and all associated work. Ste came to assess the boiler the same day I called and noted all the defects and problems that the British Gas engineer had. The work was done in a few hours just a few days later. The lads worked quickly and efficiently and were extremely tidy. All done at a fraction of the original quote from British Gas. Very very pleased and would recommend the firm to anyone(And I now have hot water again!!).
