Following a transaction, consumers are encouraged to complete an online feedback form. This is audited and checked, before being uploaded onto the website. This feedback adds to the confidence of consumers who can read other customer experiences.
Businesses receive a star rating based on the feedback provided. All feedback is monitored for authenticity and any negative feedback is verified before publication and treated as a complaint.
