Members benefit from a superior advice service to assist resolution of consumer disputes if they arise. No business can guarantee that problems will never occur, but as a member, you can rely on support when dealing with such matters. This membership benefit will form an important element of members’ complaint protocol maximising the opportunity to resolve any consumer disputes at an early stage.
Dedicated Business Page
All members have access to a dedicated page on the consumer area of the website where they can provide company contact information together with details of the goods and/or services available. As a member they will be able to log in to monitor the number of hits on their page, see how many consumers have taken their details and check their customer feedback ratings.
Free Entry into the Business Directory
All members will be entered into the Membership Directory which will be available using an on-line search facility. This will also be available through our partner organisations such as Age UK, Citizens Advice and various Local Authority departments including Trading Standards Services.
Legal Advice and Training*
Members will have access to business support and advice as part of their membership. However, further benefits will be available for specific legal advice or training for them and their staff. These services may be subject to additional fees but preferential rates are available to members.
