Will Business Approval Ltd be providing Scheme members with training?

Yes, we have developed an online training facility containing a series of consumer protection law courses. These will be optional for businesses and will be available for a small fee.

Courses will all be on-line and will cover a range of common consumer law topics. Candidates will receive a certificate on completion of the course and on achieving a pass mark in a short assessment. In addition, ERWIN will be integrated to support business education.
