Customers feel more confident about employing a trader if they know what other people think of them, they feel reassured that they too will have a good experience.
Regardless of where a customer heard about you, once the work is completed customers should be encouraged to use the Rate a Trader page on the website. We can also supply you with a paper copy of the feedback form, this includes a freepost envelope to encourage customers to return it to us.
All feedback is verified before being accepted.
Once accepted, it is added to your profile page on the Trader Register website. This is available for customers to read and helps them to choose a trader.
In addition, a good rating is a powerful means of promoting your business.
